WARRANTY!
If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 3 days of the receip
1 year warranty for our rims and wheels. If any quality problem, seller will offer new rims for replacement and buyer pay shipping cost. Hubs and spokes are not under warranty!
Packaging & Shipping
About Packing
We are using the corrugated carton, internally using EPE buffer material to ensure the products reach the destination in good conditions. And Special brackets be designed fix the wheels, to protect the wheels during transportation. Plastic gasket installs on the hub, to protect the hubs during transportation.
About Shipping
We would like to bring you a pleasant experience when you shopping, we value freight, it is an important part. But the freight provided by third party, please make allowance for culpable in freight. We have a responsibility to you to choose the responsible express company, and we would like to get your feedback about freight.
