Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (7–15 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping At this time, we ship to the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
Shipping Restrictions Some items may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations due to size or carrier restrictions. If your order is affected, we'll notify you promptly.
